Succumbing to the airfryer hype

To paraphrase the great Nora Ephron; the air fryer is the sheet pan of the ‘20s… I have been dreaming of it since I used it to cook frozen gyoza two months ago and I finally got back home from being abroad and made crispy roasted fennel and chicken meatballs in exactly 15 minutes.
